What happens if I am not satisfied with your services?
We are committed to providing clients with a professional, tailor-made service and because we discuss your requirements in detail before we start, we are confident of delivering the results you expect. But if you aren’t happy, we work with you until you are satisfied.
We offer unlimited revisions with our translation, cover letter, CV and LinkedIn profile services.
How soon can I start a course?
Before your training can begin, we discuss your requirements and carry out level tests. Then we plan a course for you and your training can begin! Generally, courses start within ten working days. We recommend that companies keep employee motivation high and don’t delay training.
Who will be my trainer?
Our trainers are university educated and certified in adult training with at least five years of teaching experience. We match you or your group with the best trainer for your needs.
What happens if I need to cancel a class due to last-minute schedule changes?
Our 24-hour cancellation policy gives you flexibility while maintaining fair working conditions for our staff.
When does the course need to be paid for?
Courses are paid for in advance of the training start date.
Can employees use company documents in their training?
Our trainers respect and maintain client confidentiality. If the company gives permission, the use of company documents is recommended when it furthers training objectives.
What happens if there is a break in training?
In the case of unforeseen circumstances or for medical reasons, the cost of the course will be reimbursed. In other situations, the cost of a two-week training period will be deducted to cover trainer costs before we consider any reimbursement.
Executive Business English Coaching
What is included in your executive business English coaching course?
We recognise your need to perform effectively and efficiently in your workplace environment, so our business English coaching is a short-term service to help you do that. We coach you to overcome a specific English communication problem in your business setting or to achieve a business goal, for example, to give a presentation, attend a job interview, attend a meeting or negotiate a deal. We offer complete flexibility. We coach you when and where it suits you: at your place, at a location you choose, or at our office. All training materials are custom-made to meet your coaching needs. We also provide ongoing support, both inside and outside the training room, at no extra charge. For the duration of the training, you can contact us seven days a week anytime from 7 am to 10 pm.
How long will it take you to translate my text?
Depending on volume and complexity, on average we can deliver 2000 words per day, including revision. For express deliveries within 24 hours, there is an additional charge of 15%.
Who will translate my text?
We only work with professional translators with vast experience in their field. They will also be native speakers of the requested target language.
Will my text be proofread after translation?
All translations are proofread by a native speaker to ensure we deliver the quality our clients deserve.

What guidelines do you work to when editing my copy?
We can edit for British or American English. We refer to the New Oxford Style Manual for British English and Amy Einsohn’s The Copyeditor’s Handbook: A Guide for Book Publishing and Corporate Communications and the Chicago Manual of Style for American English. We will also work with your in-house style guide if you have one.
What is the process for editing my copy?
When you place an order, you will need to provide a document (preferably Word or Google docs but not PDFs) with the text you would like us to edit. We will make changes using the ‘Track Changes’ tool so you can see what we recommend. We will deliver one document with the tracked changes and another document with the changes applied.
What other information do you need to get started?
We will need to know your business website URL, if applicable, and a brief description of your target audience.
How long will it take to copy-edit and proofread my text?
For texts up to 1000 words, we aim to deliver your order within 48 hours. If you need it urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline. If we don’t meet the agreed deadline due to any error on our part, there will be no charge to you.
